Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

Mmm… do I have a delicious recipe for you today! I’m obsessed with these. Especially with GUK! Easy to make, yummy to eat, and not too bad for you either! You are going to love these.

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and slice the sweet potato(es) into thin strips.

2. Mix with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp paprika and toss to coat.

3. Cover your baking sheet with tinfoil to prevent a difficult clean – up, and lay in a single layer.

4. Bake for 15 mins, flip the fries, bake for another 10.
